Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
Utilize effective teaching strategies and assistive technologies to enhance student engagement and academic progress.
Monitor and document student performance, adjusting instructional methods as needed to support learning goals.
Ensure compliance with state and federal special education regulations and school policies.
