A K-12 school in Milton, FL is seeking qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) to provide essential speech and language services for the 2025-2026 school year. These are contract positions for the current school year with options for maternity leave coverage, serving students in-person across various grade levels.

This role will require in-person services throughout the school year. Position 2: Full-time (5 days/week) from 7:20 AM to 2:50 PM, serving 3rd through 5th grades. This position covers maternity leave, anticipated to begin mid-March and continue until May 28th. Collaborative caseload sharing with another CCC-certified SLP in a full-time capacity; in-person presence required. Position 3: Full-time (5 days/week) from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM, providing services to preschool and 3rd through 5th grades. This maternity leave coverage also begins mid-March and runs until the end of the school year on May 28th. Caseload will be shared with another full-time SLP. In-person service delivery is essential. Qualifications: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or valid Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience working with K-12 students in school settings preferred Ability to deliver therapeutic services in person, adapting to the unique needs of each grade level Strong collaboration skills to coordinate caseload management with fellow SLPs Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with regulatory and district standards Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support student communication development Participate actively in interdisciplinary meetings and planning sessions This role offers the opportunity to impact students communication skills within a supportive school environment while working alongside dedicated professionals.
