A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with either a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility is sought for a K-12 public school setting in Pensacola, FL. This contract position covers the 2025-2026 school year with multiple opportunities available, including maternity leave coverage roles starting mid-March through the end of May.

Key Responsibilities: Provide in-person speech-language therapy services to students across various grade spans, including Pre-K, 3rd-5th grades, and full K-12 caseloads. Collaborate and share caseload management with other SLPs holding a CCC credential. Implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals and progress monitoring for students. Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and school initiatives relating to speech-language pathology services. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines. Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida. Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion. Experience working with pediatric populations in educational or clinical settings preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment. Commitment to delivering high-quality, in-person therapeutic services. Position Details: Location: Pensacola, Florida. Contract type: School Year (CSY) with options for full time and maternity leave coverage. Full-time schedule options between 7:20 AM and 3:00 PM depending on position. Start date anticipated mid-March for maternity leave coverage roles, continuing through May 28th. Positions available to cover full academic year starting in August 2025.
