A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 20252026 school year at an elementary-level Early Childhood Center serving children ages 3 to 5. Location: East Saint Louis, IL Early Childhood Center (single site) Position Details: Start Date: Mid-August 2025 End Date: Late May 2026 (exact dates subject to final school calendar) Hours: 8:30 AM 3:40 PM, Monday through Friday Age Group Served: 3 to 5 years Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech-language pathology services tailored to young childrens developmental needs Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for communication disorders Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant regulatory and school policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to a nurturing learning environment Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required Experience in healthcare, pediatrics, or early childhood settings preferred Eligible or completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred Background in school-based speech therapy services an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored to working with young children and families This role offers the chance to impact early learners communication skills during a critical developmental stage.
