A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is open for the 20252026 school year, serving children ages 35 at a single Early Childhood Center. This contract role runs from mid-August 2025 through late May 2026, following the school calendar, with daily hours from 8:30 AM to 3:40 PM.

Responsibilities: Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders to preschool-aged children Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques tailored for early childhood development Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies to meet students evolving needs Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school and state regulations Qualifications and Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, preferably in an educational setting Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or equivalent supervised experience Familiarity with speech-language services for children in a school or healthcare environment Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills Location: Early Childhood Center, Edwardsville, IL Benefits include the opportunity to work in a collaborative early childhood setting, focusing exclusively on young learners in a nurturing environment that supports professional growth and development.
