Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student.
Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and small group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to ensure effective support for student progress.
Track and document student progress and make adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings to discuss student development and recommend interventions.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Colorado SLP license or eligibility.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required.
