Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
Provide direct therapy services in individual or small group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure student success.
Document student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to support student development.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Minnesota SLP license or eligibility.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required.
Passion for helping children improve communication skills and succeed academically.
