The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below. Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations to assess students' communication needs.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals.
Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development.
Track and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights into students' progress.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Minnesota state SLP license or eligibility.
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in a school-based setting is a plus, but not required.
