Provide specialized instruction and support to students with Extensive Supports Needs to promote academic and social growth. Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instructional approaches as necessary. Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and development. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Special Education certification with a focus on Extensive Supports Needs (ESN). Experience teaching elementary students (grades TK-5) in a special education setting. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt instruction to diverse learner needs. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
