Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to evaluate student needs. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals. Provide direct speech-language therapy and indirect support services as outlined in IEPs. Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families during IEP meetings to ensure cohesive student support. Utilize assistive devices as part of therapy techniques for students requiring alternative communication methods. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and credentials. Experience working with children ages K-5, particularly those with intellectual disabilities. Familiarity with center-based educational programs and using communication devices. Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to complete thorough and accurate assessments and documentation. Location and Schedule: Based in Keenesburg, Colorado. Contract position, working five days per week. Caseload details will be discussed during the interview process.
