This position is for a Speech-Language Pathologist working within a school setting, serving students in grades K-5 in a center-based program. The students have intellectual disabilities, and some use assistive communication devices. This is a full-time, five-day-per-week contract role located in Strasburg, CO. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for assigned students. Participate actively in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings. Provide both direct and indirect speech therapy services according to IEP goals. Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement effective communication strategies. Manage caseload size to be determined during the interview process. Desired Qualifications: Certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Experience working with students with intellectual disabilities. Familiarity with assistive communication devices and augmentative communication methods. Ability to complete assessments and develop targeted therapy plans. Strong communication and teamwork skills to partner effectively with the educational team. Location: Strasburg, Colorado
