Desired Qualifications: Experience working as a paraprofessional or in a similar educational support role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and motivate K-12 students. Patience, adaptability, and a collaborative attitude. Familiarity with classroom technology and instructional tools is a plus.
