A rewarding opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in school settings to provide services from September 2, 2025, through June 16, 2026. This contract role supports students across elementary and middle/high school levels within a K-12 educational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver in-person speech-language pathology services to a diverse caseload of approximately 45 students (plus or minus 4) Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success Qualifications and Experience: Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certification in Washington Experience working with K-12 populations, particularly elementary or middle/high school students Ability to provide in-person therapeutic services effectively and compassionately Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and school personnel Location and Hours: Position located in Federal Way, WA Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student communication development within a supportive school community.
