Key Responsibilities: Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and document data on student progress and behavior. Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure consistency in behavior interventions. Maintain professional and ethical standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Assist in developing individualized behavior plans tailored to students needs. Desired Qualifications and Experience: Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques. Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. Patience, flexibility, and a commitment to supporting student growth.
