An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 educational setting in Manchester, NH for the current school year on a contract basis. This position focuses on implementing behavior analytic services to enhance student learning and promote positive behaviors within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) aligned with students unique needs. Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to provide training and support on behavior strategies and data collection. Monitor student progress and modify interventions to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute expertise to support academic and behavioral goals. Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Preferred Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working within K-12 school settings providing direct consultation and support. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with educators, families, and administration. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and interventions tailored for school-aged children. Ability to manage caseloads and adapt in a dynamic educational environment.
