Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Administer focused therapy sessions targeting specific speech and language objectives Meticulously track and document student progress and outcomes Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams including educators and healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care Involve and educate families in the therapy process to facilitate continuity of care Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in speech-language pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team Must hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology in the respective state This role provides an excellent platform for professional growth, supported by access to experienced advisors specializing in speech-language pathology within your state.
