Position Responsibilities: Collaborate with general education teachers to co-teach 4th grade students in an inclusive classroom setting. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students unique learning and behavioral needs. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to support academic and social development. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with parents, staff, and administration. Qualifications: Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Illinois State Board of Education Professional Educator License (PEL) with Learning Behavior Specialist 1 (LBS1) endorsement. Experience in special education with elementary-aged students preferred.
