Key qualifications desired: Valid Michigan teaching license with the appropriate endorsements for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or Emotional Impairment (EI). Prior teaching experience in special education preferred. Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and evidence-based strategies.
