Speech-Language Pathologist Pediatric School Setting Muncie, IN

This full-time, contract position (35+ hours/week) serves a K-12 school population in Muncie, IN, providing speech-language services to approximately 50 students with mild severity needs. The role involves delivering comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments, planning and implementing therapy services through individual and group sessions, and meeting IEP goals and objectives for a diverse caseload spanning early childhood through 12th grade. Key Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for students from early childhood to grade 12 Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs Provide speech services via individual and group therapy sessions Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to meet IEP requirements Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Qualifications & Experience: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred Experience working as an SLP in healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, school settings, or a combination thereof Familiarity with handling caseloads typical of pediatric and school-based populations Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion or currently pursuing CFY considered Experience or certification as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) in healthcare or schools is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, families, and staff Location: Muncie, Indiana serving a K-12 School Community Contract Duration: Contract for the Current School Year (CSY) Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay range of $45-$55, negotiated based on experience and specialty Weekly direct deposit of base hourly pay Potential stipends for housing and meals if travel status applies Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensing, certification fees, and travel expenses where applicable This opportunity is ideal for SLP professionals passionate about making measurable differences in pediatric speech and language development within a supportive school environment.
