Contract, Core School Year (CSY) Schedule:

Full-Time, 35+ hours per week Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments for a diverse student population Implement individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans to achieve IEP objectives Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school policies Qualifications: Valid SLP Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings preferred Skills in teletherapy and healthcare-related SLP services are a plus Credentials for SLP Assistant (SLPA) roles in healthcare or school settings may also be considered Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation and Benefits: Competitive hourly pay range: $45$55, negotiable based on experience and school-based pediatric background Weekly direct deposit payments Full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401(k) with company matching Reimbursement for licensing, certification fees, and travel expenses when applicable Additional non-taxable stipends for housing and meals available for eligible travel This role offers the chance to make a significant difference in the education and development of young learners.
