A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to support an elementary school serving students from transitional kindergarten through 5th grade. This position offers an engaging opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services within a supportive educational environment.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role. Responsibilities include managing caseloads of approximately 33 students directly and providing services to a total of 49 students. The caseload involves working closely with three special education classes on sitecomprising one Resource class and two Intensive Academics classesall focused on mild to moderate academic support needs. The role requires delivering individualized speech and language interventions, conducting assessments, collaborating with educators and families, and maintaining detailed case documentation. Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion, or eligibility as a School-based SLP Experience working in school settings with elementary-aged children preferred Strong case management and organizational skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families This is a contract position for the current school year (CSY), based onsite at a single elementary campus in Benicia, CA. The work schedule is full-time, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Benefits include a competitive pay rate of $55-$65 per hour. The current billing arrangement is through Voco, with potential changes expected as the school year approaches.
