A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is sought to provide comprehensive behavioral services within a K-12 public school setting. This contract role offers the opportunity to work in-person, delivering vital support to students through direct intervention, consultation, evaluation, and training designed to foster positive educational outcomes.

Responsibilities include conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) tailored to individual student needs. The BCBA will collect and analyze behavioral data to inform treatment plans and guide decision-making. Collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams will be essential to implement effective strategies and provide coaching and modeling of behavior interventions. The role requires active participation across multiple schools in the district weekly, servicing students with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) or 504 Plans. Desired qualifications and experience include: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Experience conducting FBAs and developing BSPs in educational settings Proven ability in data collection, analysis, and behavior modification techniques Strong communication and collaboration skills working with diverse student populations and school staff Familiarity with special education law, school policies, and related behavioral interventions Location: On-site work primarily takes place at schools within the district in Swanzey, NH, with regular travel required between campuses.
