Provide direct therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school levels with various communication disorders including articulation delays, language processing difficulties, fluency disorders, and voice concerns. Collaborate with educational teams to ensure seamless integration of therapeutic goals with academic objectives through virtual IEP meetings and progress monitoring systems. Professional Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using telehealth assessment protocols. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique communication profile. Maintain detailed documentation and progress tracking through our integrated case management system. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation services to educators and families. Essential Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required. Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) and active Michigan state licensure mandatory. Minimum two years of school-based experience essential. Virtual therapy experience highly preferred.
