Perform comprehensive speech and language assessments Develop individualized education program goals and objectives Deliver direct therapy services through secure virtual platforms Create engaging digital therapeutic materials and activities Monitor and document student progress systematically Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams Provide training and support to educational staff Communicate regularly with families and caregivers Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance Certification Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence Current Ohio speech-language pathology license Minimum 2 years of school-based practice experience Familiarity with virtual therapy delivery methods Proficient computer skills and technical troubleshooting Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills Virtual Platform Excellence
