We are looking for a
passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our school-based team in
Clearwater, MN . This role provides an opportunity to support students in developing essential speech and language skills that foster success in the classroom and beyond. Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
for students. Work collaboratively with
teachers, parents, and school staff
to support student progress. Participate in
IEP meetings
and maintain thorough documentation. Provide direct therapy services to
Pre-K to 12th grade students . Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Minnesota state SLP license
(or eligibility). ASHA
CCC-SLP certification
preferred. School-based experience is a plus. Skills & Abilities:
Strong
communication and collaboration
skills. Ability to tailor therapy to meet
diverse student needs . Experience with
IEP development and documentation . Benefits:
