We are seeking a
dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to join our school-based team in
Duelm, MN . This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students by helping them develop essential communication skills for success in the classroom and beyond. Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders. Develop and implement
individualized treatment plans
tailored to student needs. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and school staff
to support student learning. Participate in
IEP meetings
and maintain detailed documentation. Provide direct therapy services to students ranging from
Pre-K to 12th grade . Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Minnesota state SLP license
(or eligibility). ASHA
CCC-SLP certification
preferred. Previous experience in a
school-based setting
is a plus. Skills & Abilities:
Strong
communication and collaboration
skills. Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet
diverse student needs . Experience with
IEP development and documentation . Benefits:
