We are seeking a passionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
to provide high-quality therapy services to students in a
school-based setting . This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills, helping them thrive academically and socially. Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders. Develop and implement
individualized therapy plans
based on student needs. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and support staff
to maximize student success. Maintain
accurate documentation
of progress and participate in IEP meetings. Provide direct and consultative services to students
Pre-K through 12th grade . Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Minnesota state SLP license
(or eligibility). ASHA
CCC-SLP certification
preferred. Experience in
school-based or pediatric settings
is a plus. Skills & Abilities:
Strong
communication and teamwork skills . Ability to adapt therapy techniques to fit student needs. Proficiency with technology for
documentation and teletherapy (if required) . Benefits:
