An opportunity is available for a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support elementary school students in Olympia, WA. This contract position will extend through the current school year, providing essential therapeutic services within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the needs of elementary-aged students. Collaborate closely with occupational therapists, teachers, and support staff to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Assist with documentation and progress monitoring to ensure compliance with educational and therapeutic goals. Engage students through age-appropriate therapeutic activities that enhance their development and academic participation. Communicate effectively with families and school personnel regarding student progress and therapy goals. Desired Qualifications: Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Experience working in educational settings, preferably with elementary-aged children. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team. Knowledge of school-based therapy practices and educational regulations. Commitment to supporting students functional development in an academic environment. Location: Olympia, Washington This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to students growth and success during the school year in a supportive elementary school environment.
