A K-12 school in Boston, MA is seeking multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide expert behavioral support for students throughout the academic school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to implement evidence-based behavioral strategies. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data-driven analysis. Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards in all service delivery. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Familiarity with conducting FBAs and developing effective BIPs. Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning. Location: Boston, MA Contract Duration: Complete School Year (CSY) This role provides an engaging chance to impact students academic and social development positively by applying behavioral science principles in a school setting. The contract structure supports a focus on delivering targeted interventions during the school year.
