This position seeks multiple Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students within a school setting located in the Boston, MA area. The role is contracted for the current school year and focuses on delivering behavior analytic services in an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with school staff, families, and other professionals to implement and monitor behavior plans. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of interventions. Provide training and support to teachers and staff regarding behavior management strategies. Participate in team meetings and maintain accurate documentation. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working with K-12 populations in school settings preferred. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles. Effective communication and collaborative skills. Ability to maintain detailed records and manage data.
