A contract opportunity is available for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support K-12 students in a dynamic school setting located in Cambridge, MA. Key Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop effective behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to implement and monitor behavior strategies. Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and adjust interventions as needed. Provide training and consultation to school staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans. Support compliance with educational and disability regulations through thorough documentation. Qualifications and Experience: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required. Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings. Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and ethical standards. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams, students, and families. Proficiency in data collection and behavior analysis software is a plus.
