Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
to join a supportive school district for the 2025-2026 school year. This is a full-time, onsite position serving students across
K-12 , including a focus on
Early Childhood (EC) Transitions . Position Details:
1 Position Available
Schedule: 35 hours per week
Caseload: K-12, District Wide, with emphasis on EC Transitions
Work Setting: Onsite only
Responsibilities:
Provide functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student success and positive behavioral outcomes.
Conduct data collection and analysis to track progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Deliver training and consultation to staff to ensure consistency in behavioral strategies.
Support students with transitions, particularly within early childhood programs.
Qualifications:
Must hold an active
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification.
Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to work onsite with a diverse K-12 population.
Pay & Benefits:
Pay Range: $55 $61 per hour (based on experience)
