A physical therapist is needed for a full-time contract position in an elementary school setting located in Lakewood, WA. This assignment runs from September 3, 2025 to June 16, 2026, offering approximately 35 hours per week to serve a caseload of about 50 students ranging in age from Pre-K through 12th grade. Key Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatment to students with diverse needs within the Pre-K to 12 age range. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other related service providers to optimize student outcomes. Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations. Participate in team meetings, IEP reviews, and other school-based planning activities. Qualifications and Experience: Licensed and credentialed physical therapist with experience in pediatric and school-based settings. Proficient in delivering physical therapy services aligned with educational goals and age-appropriate interventions. Skilled at managing a caseload of approximately 50 students. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Availability for on-site work; no virtual option available.
