A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for a K-12 school setting in West Hartford, CT. This is a contract position for the full school year.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans for students. Conduct functional behavior assessments and data analysis to drive treatment decisions. Collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support student behavioral and educational goals. Provide training and guidance on behavior management strategies to staff. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Qualifications: Current BCBA certification. Experience working with school-aged children, preferably within K-12 settings. Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Location: Position is based in West Hartford, Connecticut. This opportunity allows a BCBA to make a meaningful impact within a school environment, working closely with students and staff throughout the academic year on a contract basis.
