Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs. Deliver instruction and support to students with disabilities in compliance with state and federal regulations. Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to ensure a cohesive learning experience. Monitor student progress, maintain accurate records, and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies. Foster a positive and safe classroom environment that promotes student engagement and growth. Qualifications: Valid state certification in Special Education. Experience working with students across K-12 grade levels. Strong understanding of disability laws, educational best practices, and behavior management techniques. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with students, parents, and staff. Ability to adapt lessons and materials to diverse learning styles and ability levels.
