Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students unique needs. Provide direct instruction and intervention to students with special needs across K-12 grade levels. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student success. Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state special education regulations. Qualifications: Valid teaching certification in Special Education. Experience teaching students with a range of disabilities in K-12 settings. Strong knowledge of IEP development, special education law, and best practices. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively. Patience, creativity, and commitment to student growth. Location:Positions are based in Jersey City and Newark, NJ, with opportunities available in surrounding communities. This is a full-time, contract assignment starting ASAP for the new school year.
