Provide targeted support to students in federal settings 1, 2, and 3 within a resource classroom environment. Address goals related to academic skills, social development, and organizational skills. Collaborate with staff to effectively meet the needs of students with disabilities. Qualifications: Valid Minnesota special education teaching license required. Experience working with middle school students in a special education setting. Ability to adapt instructional strategies to accommodate varying disabilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Location: Position based in Harmony, Minnesota, part of Southeastern MN. Schedule: Flexible work hours available with start times at 7:30, 7:45, or 8:00 AM and end times accordingly at 3:30, 3:45, or 4:00 PM.
