A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position based onsite in Watsonville, CA. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered for this opportunity. This role is suited for professionals holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) or those who are completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY).

Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to individual education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student's communication needs Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all regulatory and ethical standards Qualifications: Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC) or currently undergoing Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP - CFY) Strong knowledge of pediatric speech and language disorders Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Licensure or eligibility for licensure in California preferred Location: Onsite in Watsonville, California This position offers the flexibility of contract employment with the possibility of full-time or part-time scheduling. Candidates must be prepared to provide therapy services onsite.
