Key responsibilities include: Conducting thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Delivering therapy sessions focused on achieving measurable speech and language outcomes Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on student progress accurately Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including educators, psychologists, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care Engaging families in the therapy process by providing education and resources Applicants should meet the following qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Preference for candidates with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology This contract role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute toward student success while growing professionally.
