An opportunity is available for two Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Virginia Beach, VA. This contract role spans the entire school year, providing specialized therapeutic services designed to aid students in their educational and developmental goals.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with occupational therapists and educational staff to implement individualized therapy plans. Deliver direct occupational therapy assistance to students based on prescribed goals. Monitor and document student progress, adapting interventions as needed. Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to promote holistic student support. Qualifications and Experience: Current certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). Previous experience working in a school or pediatric therapy environment preferred. Strong understanding of developmental milestones and educational requirements for K-12 students. Ability to engage with students of diverse backgrounds and needs.
