Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs Provide direct therapy sessions focusing on speech and language goals Maintain detailed documentation of session progress and outcomes Collaborate with educators, therapists, and other professionals to ensure integrated care Engage families actively in the therapeutic process and provide education on strategies to support communication at home Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure to practice as an SLP in California Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Applicants must have an active license approved by the State Board of Speech-Language Pathology and possess or be working toward a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
