Responsibilities include: Performing comprehensive evaluations for students with speech and language disorders Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Conducting therapy sessions focused on speech and language goals Tracking and documenting student progress with accuracy and attention to detail Collaborating effectively with teachers, administrators, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure cohesive care Engaging families in the therapy process to support student outcomes Qualifications and desired experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in California; active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology required Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations strongly preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting This contract position offers access to a comprehensive support network, including an advisory team comprised of experienced SLPs located within the state, to assist with professional growth and clinical challenges.
