Job Summary We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial services processes and hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC architecture, automation, and integration tools.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Design high-level and low-level architecture (HLD/LLD) for scalable and secure Salesforce implementations.
Leverage Salesforce tools such as OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts), Flow automation, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure and optimize the Salesforce FSC data model to support business processes like customer onboarding, KYC, client 360, opportunity management, and case management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance standards.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including 4+ years focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Strong understanding of financial services processes and workflows.
Expertise in Salesforce FSC data model, OmniStudio, Flow automation, Lightning App Builder, and LWC.
Salesforce FSC and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator/Platform App Builder certifications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Certifications
Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder Certification (required).
