Marketing Manager
to lead their marketing efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven, entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in a hands-on role and loves building scalable marketing systems in a fast-paced environment. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Results:
Monitor analytics and shift spend to the highest-performing channels, campaigns, and geographies. Lead Agencies:
Oversee multiple external agencies across SEO, paid search, social, and moreholding them accountable for ROI. Own Digital Strategy:
Guide digital initiatives (SEO, paid search, email, social, website performance) with a focus on outcomes, while agencies handle execution. Scale Marketing Across Locations:
Develop branch-level strategies that support both current and future markets. Report Impact:
Track, analyze, and present KPIs to leadership. Align with Operations & Customer Experience:
Ensure messaging, campaigns, and promotions connect seamlessly with customer needs. Support Campaigns:
Contribute to creative promotions and content that boost lead generation and brand awareness. QUALIFICATIONS
57 years of marketing experience (B2C preferred). Proven success managing external marketing agencies. Strong data analysis skills and experience shifting budgets toward high-performing channels. Digital-first mindset with knowledge of SEO, paid search, email marketing, and analytics. Self-starter who thrives in small, collaborative teams with high autonomy. Background in residential/home services or multi-location businesses is a plus. Excellent communication and project management skills. BENEFITS
