Services Growth Marketing is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, track, and launch campaigns and projects that support the ongoing growth and enjoyment of the clients' media services. Core to this role is a keen understanding of subscription media services, marketing campaigns, product development lifecycles, and flexible, real-time collaboration. The candidate must be able to work in quick and rapid iterative cycles. This position also requires the candidate to work closely with global and crossfunctional teams such as Engineering, Product, Operations, Business and Marketing. The work involves prioritizing strategic marketing campaigns, feature asks, feature performance evaluation, and partnering with the Marketing team in strategic planning.
Responsibilities The role involves planning, tracking, and launching campaigns and projects that support client media services growth and ongoing enjoyment; collaborating with global and crossfunctional teams; prioritizing strategic marketing campaigns and feature requests; evaluating feature performance; and partnering with Marketing in strategic planning.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in project and process management with a focus in crossfunctional collaboration and prioritization
Experience creating and managing project workflows, and prioritizing those projects leveraging collaboration tools such as Quip, Confluence, Wrike, etc.
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with and present to partners at all levels of the organization
Expertise in working effectively and autonomously across multiple teams in situations of ambiguity, with only high-level direction
Experience partnering with product, engineering, analytics, and marketing teams to prioritize new features, programs and capabilities
Experience tracking and managing multiple projects, businesses and products within tight deadlines, using project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, etc.
A stellar teammate who is able to influence and drive decision making for the group as a whole
Develop and evolve the collaboration platforms used within the team and by our cross-functional partners to track and prioritize programs, feature enhancements, and status
Provide reporting on project, program, and product status across the various business and lifecycles
Create and manage the tools necessary for marketing, business and product leaders to evaluate and prioritize a large portfolio of projects
Compensation Note The target hiring compensation range for this role is $87.30 to $97 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
