9 Months Job Description: Join a leading innovative company that is shaping the future of media. As a Project Manager focused on content production and localization, you will drive high-impact content initiatives, collaborate with a dynamic team, streamline workflows, and contribute to the success of cutting-edge media products. You will lead end-to-end content localization and production processes, work with cross-functional teams, optimize workflows, and ensure seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities: Lead and manage communication and workflows, facilitating efficient exchange of information and asset deliverables. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation; address and mitigate challenges. Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks to ensure high-quality output. Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshoot production issues. Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and innovation. Plan, manage, and continuously improve internal and external workflows. Independently manage budgets and agency relationships. Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to ensure creative alignment with partner needs. Track projects from initial content programming through team kickoff to completion. Manage projects using tools such as Wrike, Quip, Conductor, studio, and Box. Perform quality control checks on files from cross-functional partners to ensure adherence to standards. Assign designers for content edits and revisions. Monitor project timelines and progress. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project transitions. Prepare and deliver assets for upload. Handle time-sensitive requests and adapt to changing priorities. Must-Have Qualifications: Proven experience in project management, specifically within content production and localization. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
