INNOCEAN USA, a full-service ad agency located in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a

Group Account Director

to help lead client business in the QSR category. This is a hybrid role (in-office 3 days per week). Local candidates to Southern California are preferred. Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Execution:

Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for product campaigns across TV, print, digital, and paid social channels. Ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience. Client Objectives and Goals:

Set, plan, achieve, and exceed client objectives and goals. Create strategies that drive long-term brand growth beyond individual campaigns. Innovation and Brand Management:

Drive brand innovation while managing day-to-day tasks; seek new ways to enhance presence and engagement across marketing channels. Team Leadership:

Build and lead a high-performing agency team; develop strong client relationships; mentor and manage junior team members. Collaboration:

Work with other department leads to maximize efficiencies and ensure client satisfaction; act as a bridge between client and internal teams. Financial Management:

Deliver projects within budget and on-time; support development of the annual scope of work; ensure financial goals are met. Agency Growth:

Support agency growth by generating new opportunities within the clients business portfolio; participate in new business development. Client Representation:

Craft and communicate the agencys point of view on key issues; ensure strategies are effectively implemented. Consumer Insights:

Foster a culture driven by consumer insights to inform marketing efforts and align with client and agency goals. Qualifications

10+ years of experience in brand management, strategic thinking, and brand planning at an advertising agency. Experience in the food/QSR industry preferred. Ad agency experience is a MUST Understanding of how an ad agency operates. Ability to support agency goals and new business development. Extensive experience in client management and leading teams. Fluent in digital transformation and its impact on marketing efforts. Benefits
