An opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support a K-12 school on a contract basis for the upcoming school year in Newark, NJ. This position offers an onsite role within a dynamic school environment located near the NJ and NY border, providing convenient access to Manhattan (approximately 25 minutes away).

Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) targeting positive student outcomes Collaborate with and provide ABA strategy training to faculty to ensure consistency across classrooms Manage a caseload spanning 2-3 classrooms, providing targeted behavioral support Maintain detailed documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with school policies Qualifications & Desired Experience: Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential Experience working within a K-12 school setting preferred Strong skills in conducting FBAs and designing effective BIPs Ability to train and collaborate with educational staff on ABA strategies Excellent communication and organizational skills Work Schedule & Location: Full-time, 30 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM Onsite position located in Newark, NJ, with easy access from Cliffside Park, Secaucus, Hoboken, and surrounding communities This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students educational experiences through structured behavioral support.
