A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is needed for the upcoming school year at a K-12 school located near Paterson, NJ, close to the border of New Jersey and New York. This full-time contract position offers 30 hours per week onsite, from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., supporting 2-3 classrooms with a focus on behavior analysis and intervention.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavioral challenges and needs. Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual students. Collaborate with faculty by teaching Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to improve classroom management and student outcomes. Monitor and adjust interventions to ensure effectiveness. Maintain detailed documentation and data tracking related to student progress. Participate in team meetings to discuss student progress and strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience working in K-12 educational settings. Strong knowledge of ABA principles and best practices. Ability to deliver professional development and coaching to school staff. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Reliable and punctual with a student-centered approach. Location:Position is onsite near Paterson, NJ, with easy access to areas including Cliffside Park, Secaucus, Hoboken, and surrounding communities.
