A school in Jersey City, NJ, is seeking a skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract position for the upcoming school year. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify student needs and develop intervention strategies Design and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to individual student goals Provide training and ongoing coaching to faculty on effective ABA techniques and behavior management Collaborate with educators and other school staff to integrate behavior strategies into daily classroom routines Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed to achieve positive outcomes Qualifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential required Experience working in K-12 settings preferred Strong knowledge of ABA methodology and interventions Ability to effectively communicate and train school staff Organized, collaborative, and student-focused approach Work Details: Full-time contract position (30 hours per week) Work schedule from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday Onsite role supporting multiple classrooms This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on student success in a dynamic school environment close to New York City.
